Why Level 2 Accredication is Important:

Regulatory Approval: In NSW, ASPs must be accredited by the the Department of Planning and Environment to perform these authorised services.

Key Responsibilities as a Level 2 Electrician:
Network Connection & Disconnection: Safely connecting properties to the electricity network or disconnecting them when necessary, often requiring specialised equipment.
Service Line Work: Installing, repairing, and maintaining both overhead and underground service lines that carry power from the street to a property.
Electrical Metering: Installation, repair, and upgrading electricity meters.
Complex Electrical Work: Addressing more complex issues related to the electricity supply network, such as fault-finding and repairs.
Switchboard Upgrades: Advising on and performing switchboard upgrades to prevent defects and ensure compliance.
